This class will include being able to identify the four types of headaches and neck pain and their causes. You will learn techniques to identify the source of the pain- is the pain originating in the structure of the neck or muscle tension that creates headaches? You will learn and practice various massage techniques to help alleviate headaches and neck pain. We will use massage, acupressure, reflexology, pin and stretch and more! A great class that is much needed with all the stress in everyone’s life today. Your clients will thank you!
