Wendi is a licensed massage therapist and has been practicing since 1998. She is a graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage, and her practice includes working with many physicians and physical therapists handling a wide variety of medical conditions. In addition to her private practice, she volunteers at a local retirement community giving seated massage and foot massages to the elderly. Wendi has been a guest lecturer to the public discussing the benefits of massage therapy for fibromyalgia and other health conditions. She is also the author of three books on fibromyalgia.
Wendi is a NCBTMB Continuing Education provider (#1325) has been teaching continuing education classes since 2003 on a variety of topics to help pass on the knowledge she has gained over the past 20 years.
Wendi provides classes on subjects and/or conditions that she, her loved ones or clients have experienced. Out of trying to help herself, her loved ones or her clients manage their conditions, she begins her research and training on the subject and then creates a continuing education class to share this knowledge with other Massage Therapists. She uses a variety of tools/skill sets to ensure each student leaves knowing they can immediately use what they learned in class.
Wendi is a life-long seeker of knowledge and continues to search for the most up to date research/data for her existing classes or to create classes for the future.
