Side lying massage is typically just taught for prenatal massage. However, it can be so beneficial for many types of clients. It is always a great idea to be able to confident in alternate positioning for your clients so they can relax and be comfortable.  In this class we will go over proper draping and positioning using pillows to ensure your client’s comfort. We will address muscles we can easily access in the side lying position as well as effective stretches. We will identify which clients are best suited for side lying massage and we will perform a hands-on demonstration. Please bring a set of twin sets, massage oil/cream, and 2 standard size bed pillows.
